Per-exercise weight unit setting for tracking

Hi! I have a feature suggestion that I think would improve the workout experience. Currently, the default weight unit (kg or lb) is set globally in the app settings. However, many gyms have a mix of machines—some display weights in kilograms while others use pounds. It would be really helpful if the weight unit could be saved per exercise instead of only as a global setting. That way, each exercise would remember whether I logged it in kg or lb. Right now, I have to manually switch the unit every time I use certain machines, and when I start a new workout from the same template, the unit resets back to the app’s default instead of remembering my previous choice for that exercise. Having the unit preference saved per exercise would make tracking much more convenient and prevent accidental logging in the wrong unit. Thanks for considering this feature!

Customizable STRAVA sync

Hi, AFAIK the STRAVA sync option is now only ON/OFF. Lately, Strava introduced the option to fill the detailed workout log. (currently mobile-app only) so now every workout log with precise weights now gets to Strava. I like to post my workouts on Strava for consistency, little of those Kudos’ , but I don’t like to share all details and especially not the complete log with how much can I rep with a dumbbell. Earlier there was a nice picture of a poster synced, that is now gone for me and each time I finish a workout, I need to manually delete all the exercises and description in Strava before I post the workout publicly. Therefore I would very much appreciate advanced options on which data go to Strava and which don’t. Thanks!

Hold to talk and personalized exercise suggestions

Instead of constantly listening, where your app pick up all sorts of people’s voices (logging incorrect exercises), what about a “hold to speak” so there is no delay and you can speak quickly close to your watch or phone. Like press and hold. Also I wish the algorithm knew my exercises by now and would know which to choose from, but it continually picks the wrong one and I spend more time scrolling for the right one which gets my flow all off. Third would be. If you could have a recommend button instead of generate as I feel the generate lists stuff I’ve never done vs. muscle groups I have neglected or need more work that particular week. I feel like most people that use this app, are likely tracking the same exercises week to week, and the algorithm on the generate button does not compliment that.

Differentiate Motra and imported workouts on recovery screen

On the screen showing the details of the muscle groups' recovery, the top bar has info about how many days have elapsed since the last workout. This seems to count those workouts that are imported from external sources via Apple Health. I think users differ in whether they want to see days since any workout, days since only Motra workouts, or both. I, personally, do not find it useful to count external workouts into this. I would suggest updating the top bar to include both: X days since last workout (including imported workouts) X days since last Motra workout If not shown side-by-side or above/below each other, then you might consider being able to switch which one is shown by tapping on it.
