I usually plan my workout by generating it at home using Motra AI. But I want to start jt after getting to gym. By the time I reach gym, generated workout gets lost. Can we have save feature for generated workout ?

Show last weeks workout for same weekday
I am someone who has a consistent workout split (i.e. I hit push every Monday, pull every Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, etc.). I like having a little bit of variation in my exercises from week to week. I think it would be really nice to have a way to see what exercise I did on this day last week. Maybe a field I can check to indicate that I want to do the same split each week, and then I can easily see βoh I did normal bicep curl last Tuesday, I should do hammer curl this week Tuesday.β Then next week, Iβll be able to easily see that I should do normal curl to avoid having hammer curl twice in a row.

Favorite exercises group for quick workout building
Please add favorite group to store all favorite exercise so that I could start empty work out and add my favorites on the go, cause automation is not working as expected especially on the leg exercises etc.

Training fatigue and workload in muscle recovery
The current muscle recovery only targets my muscle strength. I feel it should dynamically adjust based on training fatigue, as well as short-term and long-term loads. As a fitness beginner, I worked out for about 5 consecutive days this past week. From a muscle recovery perspective, I saw many indicators were green, showing I was fully capable of exercising. However, by the sixth and seventh days of training, I could clearly feel that I could no longer achieve the same strength or number of sets, and I felt very tired. When I check training fatigue and long/short-term loads in other apps, I can see that my recent short-term load is already very high and I should take an appropriate rest. This situation reflects that my muscle recovery has not actually reached a perfect green state.
