Training fatigue and workload in muscle recovery

The current muscle recovery only targets my muscle strength. I feel it should dynamically adjust based on training fatigue, as well as short-term and long-term loads. As a fitness beginner, I worked out for about 5 consecutive days this past week. From a muscle recovery perspective, I saw many indicators were green, showing I was fully capable of exercising. However, by the sixth and seventh days of training, I could clearly feel that I could no longer achieve the same strength or number of sets, and I felt very tired. When I check training fatigue and long/short-term loads in other apps, I can see that my recent short-term load is already very high and I should take an appropriate rest. This situation reflects that my muscle recovery has not actually reached a perfect green state.
