I am someone who has a consistent workout split (i.e. I hit push every Monday, pull every Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, etc.). I like having a little bit of variation in my exercises from week to week. I think it would be really nice to have a way to see what exercise I did on this day last week. Maybe a field I can check to indicate that I want to do the same split each week, and then I can easily see βoh I did normal bicep curl last Tuesday, I should do hammer curl this week Tuesday.β Then next week, Iβll be able to easily see that I should do normal curl to avoid having hammer curl twice in a row.
